The Licensed Application and associated hardware are not medical devices. They are intended for general wellness and fitness purposes only and are not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.

The app includes Fall Detection and Emergency Alert features intended to notify designated Caregivers of significant impact events. The Provider does not guarantee that these alerts will be delivered or received in all circumstances. Reliability depends on factors including, but not limited to, cellular connectivity, hardware battery levels, and server availability. Users should not rely solely on VitaLinkPlus for life-safety or emergency response.

By utilizing the Caregiver Link feature, the User explicitly authorizes designated third parties to view their wellness data and receive safety alerts. The Provider is not liable for the actions, inactions, or data handling of any authorized Caregiver.

This app does not provide medical advice. Always seek a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.

Users retain the right to terminate their account at any time. Upon confirmation of account deletion, all associated wellness data, caregiver links, and device profiles will be permanently removed from VitaLinkPlus servers.
